How many shots does a crosman 2260 get per co2 cartridge?
According to Tom Gaylord, the 2260 will get about 30-35 shots per cartridge.(1) You might get a few more shots than that, but once the liquid co2 in the cartridge is gone you’re going to come off the power-curve really fast. It was also recommended in the discussion of the 2260 following the review that you give the gun a bit of time between shots to warm up to avoid depleting your co2 cartridge faster than normal. Tom Gaylord also recommended putting a drop of pellgun oil on the tip of each cartridge to oil the inner workings of the gun.
