How many sessions per week and for how long should I expect to use professional services?
This depends upon the issues that you want to work on, the goals that you have set, and the types of services that you have chosen to receive. I do not offer ongoing sessions that lead nowhere. You must be ready, willing, and able to move forward towards your goals. We form a dynamic partnership, within which we create an action plan with specific goals and objectives by which to measure progress. The timeframe depends upon your specific goals, the timeframe that you agree upon, and the amount of effort that you dedicate to achieving your goals.
