How many sessions of Ki Therapy does one generally need?
This obviously varies from person to person, depending on how chronic and longstanding their condition is. Generally, the more recent or acute the problem is then the quicker Ki Therapy works. If the problem has been longstanding then initially a minimum of up to 5 sessions in close succession is recommended to start seeing or feeling a significant change. After this period the sessions can then be stretched over longer intervals. Ultimately, once you are back on the road to better health you will want to come back for regular maintenance checks simply to prevent a recurrence of your problem and more importantly to stay healthy and strong. Once healthy a Ki Therapy session is recommended at least every 2-4 weeks to maintain health and balance.
