How many sessions do I get with a Holistic Healing Retreat Package?
You get one less session then the amount of days you schedule. For example, on a 7-day retreat you get 6 sessions; on a 3-day retreat you get 2 sessions. The sessions that are included are: 1 hour and 15 minute massage/bodywork session, and/or a 1 hour Watsu/WaterDance session, and/or a 2 hour Clarity Breathwork with Spiritual Life Coaching Session. You would rotate these sessions during your retreat. You can add on additional session from our Spa/Healing Services page for additional costs.
