There are up to 60 sessions offered per month, all currently taking place in Carlsbad. Sessions are one hour in length, Monday-Friday from 5:30-6:30 a.m. at Aviara Oaks Elementary School and 8:45-9:45 a.m. at Poinsettia Community Park and 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Stagecoach Community Park and Saturdays 8:00-9:00 a.m. at Stagecoach Community Park.
