How many sessions are necessary to experience significant benefits?
You will notice a difference after one session. The more intentional you are about healing, the more of a release you are likely to experience. However, you didn’t accumulate your emotional baggage in one day, so it’s a bit optimistic to hope for clearing it in one. If you’re like most of my clients, you’ll want to do at least several sessions to break up your old, suppressed emotions. The ideal would be to do at least 8-10 sessions over a period of time, but what’s most important is to get started.
