How many seats does a vehicle need to have before it becomes a bus?
The lanes don’t work on number of seats.You can buy yourself a bus or a minibus but you can’t then go and drive down the bus lanes! You need a Public Service Operators licence, also, some bus lanes are reserved for local buses only meaning you cannot use the bus lane unless on a local bus service. Hard luck and nice try!
