How many seats are on the OCEA Board of Directors?
The OCEA Board of Directors is comprised of nineteen OCEA members elected for two-year terms. Elections are conducted each year, with ten seats elected in odd numbered years and nine seats elected in even-numbered years. Whenever a vacancy is created, the remaining directors appoint an OCEA member to fill the remaining term of the vacant seat.
