How many screams were NOT heard through brick walls & floors with the TV on?
The one heard scream is a very weak foundation for felony charges & a $20,000,000 civil suit. Even a budget lawyer could beat it. Remember circumstantial evidence is weighed evenly with physical evidence. Secondly, unless Victor gets up on the stand, which he won’t do, and contradicts that it was his scream that was heard, that scream will be tied to Victor upon finding Robert’s body.
