The World Scout Bureau in Geneva reports that there are 28 million members in 218 countries and Territories. The only countries that do not have Scouting are Andora, China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea and Mayanmar. The World Scout Bureau is trying to restart Scouting in Afganistan.
