How many rolls of lead would be produced per hour?
The number of rolls depends upon the size of lead being produced. You would produce more the smaller the lead width. 50 metre of lead coil takes around 8 minutes to run and then around 2 minutes of labour to take off the reels and put on empty reels, so you would get 6 rotations per hour. The 51,5mm coils will shape, form and cut 8 x 6mm Oval lead at a time. Therefore you would make around 48 rolls of 6mm lead per hour.
