How many Rolfing sessions do I have to receive to achieve an optimal benefit?
The number of sessions needed to be thorough varies depending on your goals and how quickly we can address them. At the beginning of treatment, we establish reasonable goals and evaluate the progress together as we go along. Rolfers often organize their work according to a series of ten sessions, but this just serves as a loose framework that will be tailored to individual needs. There is no need to commit to doing ten sessions and many clients feel they have achieved their goals after five. Including a movement session will generally decrease the total number of sessions required to reach your goals.
