How many research records are reviewed during the audit?
Typically, a review of 20% to 30% of total subject enrollment is performed. If there are greater than 100 subjects enrolled, a review of approximately 10% of subject enrollment is performed. Prior to conducting the audit, you will be asked to provide a list of your study participants (initials or IDs only) along with their date of study enrollment.
