How many ReplayTV boxes on my account qualify for this Multi-Unit Discount?
A maximum of 5 ReplayTV boxes on a single account may utilize the discounted monthly ReplayTV service fee of $6.95. I have an account with two ReplayTVs, but my account didn’t automatically receive the discount. Both units on the account must be actively using the ReplayTV service to qualify. Please contact customer care via phone and provide the following information: 1. Serial Number of each ReplayTV. 2. Email address on the account. How do I know if I’m a registered account holder? 1.
