We have tested with a 16 channel DVR at 320×240, MPEG4, and Good Quality Compression and it requires about 386 kb/s (0.377 Mb/s) upload speed to get 7-10 fps. You need to test your own internet connection upload speed and DVR settings to determine how many users can connect at the same time.
