How many remote controls do I need to operate a DMP and its attached Professional Series display?
A. You will need two (2) remote controls: •Your Professional Series LCD display shipped with a remote control. You can order a replacement from Cisco. The product SKU to use when ordering is LCD-100-PRO-RM=. •Your DMP did not ship with a remote control but you can order one for it from Cisco. The product SKU to use when ordering is DMP-RM-K9=. Most buttons on the remote control for your DMP are disabled until you buy and install the license to use Enterprise TV.
