How many registered trade marks can my business have?
A business can have register as many registered trade marks as it requires. Several businesses will not use a trade mark in advertising or packaging until it has been registered. This is to ensure the registered trade mark is fully protected so that others cannot copy it. It is important, though, that the registered trade mark be used within 5 years of the application.
