How many records are presently subscribed to the available DNC lists?
To date, in the United States, 43 states have enacted some form of DNC legislation. Of the 43 states, 13 have “live” state run DNC programs up and running. Available state registries, collectively, have exceeded 50 million numbers. Federal registry enrollment is now over 185 million numbers. In Canada, the National DNCL was first available to the public on 9/30/08 and millions of consumers have registered their home phone, cellular or fax numbers.
