How many recalls can be completed by each respondent?
For a scheduled study (see FAQ#17), the number of recalls per respondent is not limited; however, for studies involving a large number of recalls per person (i.e., more than 25), please contact us prior to registering so that strategies to accommodate the load on the system can be discussed. In addition, researchers can specify multiple attempts for each recall in case the respondent does not complete the recall on his or her assigned day or starts but does not finish a recall. For an unscheduled study (see FAQ#17), each respondent can complete up to 12 recalls (note that attempts, i.e., recalls that are started but not finished, count towards the maximum of 12).
