How many properties can I compare using the Property Modeler feature?
You can compare as many as you want, but it is not really practical to compare more than four or five properties at a time. Comparing more may lead to confusing results. This is because the system “scores” properties by determining which ones perform best on different criteria. A property which performed best on five criteria would have a higher score than one which performed best on fewer than three. However, comparing more than four or five properties makes it likely that two or three will perform best on the same number of categories, resulting in an unclear result.
