There are three TRIO Programs: 1) Educational Talent Search (ETS) serves students in the sixth through twelfth grades, 2) University of Georgia Upward Bound serves students in the ninth through twelfth grades from Athens/Clarke County, Madison County, Oglethorpe County, Banks, Hart, Jackson and Wilkes County and 3) the Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) serves adult students.
