How many professed Christians meditate on a daily basis?

0

I can not speak for other faiths but as a Latter-Day Saint Christian, I meditate and try and read from the scriptures each morning before I start my work day. This is not always easy to do because of my busy schedule, but I have learned from many years of experience that on the mornings I do read and pray, that day ALWAYS go’s MUCH better. I kneel and say my prayers every night before I go to bed and I also pray often through out the day. Every time I think of something good in my life or notice the Lord has helped me in some way, I offer a silent prayer in my heart and thank Him for the blessing. Ever since becoming a Christian, I honestly can not recall a single day since then that I have not at least prayed to God. I may not always read from the scriptures each day, but I do always at least say my evening prayer, especially when things are not going so well. “Yes” there are times I feel God has forsaken me, but I always blame myself during these times for something I must have done
