As of Q2 / 2008 there are around 2500 customers who have licensed SAP NW PI to integrate non-SAP systems. These customers use mainly SAP NW PI 7.0 and SAP NW Exchange Infrastructure 3.0. SAP NW PI 7.1 is in unrestricted shipment since July 25, 2008, however several customers use SAP NW PI 7.1 productively, some went productive even already during the ramp-up phase.
