How many processes (number of workers) can I appoint in a parallel Matlab job?

Unlike distributed jobs, you can use no more than 8 processes (number of workers) in a Matlab parallel job. The job you submit will never leave in the queue if you request more than 8 processes in a job. You can, however, submit multiple 8-way jobs which will queue up.
