When you say nice pecs, you need to be more specific. Do want to increase their size or make them more well defined (getting cut)? You’ll need both to have nice chest muscles. Start bench pressing at your local gym w/ a spotter. Do as much wieght as you can for 6 reps and 4 sets. Increase the weight a little every other week. Increase it more often if you feel you can handle it. As for getting cut, do as many press ups as your stamina will allow. You should feel winded after the set. Give yourself a 40 sec break and try it again. Do as many as you can. Don’t focus on a specific number. You might quit when your body can do more. Remember to eat healthy to keep the fat off. You might get a little bigger by doing press ups. However, you have to lift w/ weights to get any significant increase in muscle size. I would suggest doing bench presses w/ 2 dumb bells. They will work the minor muscles too. Good luck.
