How many pounds of milk are used each day by U.S. chocolate manufacturers?
According to the NCA, 3.5 million pounds of whole milk are used every day to make chocolate. And it’s no surprise. It would take that much to produce what American’s have voted as their favorite flavor. A recent survey revealed that 52 percent of U.S. adults voted chocolate as their favorite flavor.
