Alan makes about 100 pounds of fudge per week and we have fabulous chocolatiers who make Whoo Hoos (fabulous peanut butter balls), Robyn’s English toffee, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered grapes, and chocolate covered cherries. We estimate that we make about 200 pounds of chocolates a week.
