Health Max Plus is a premium plan that pays higher medical benefits than the Solutions plans. Only one of the four plans can be selected. The plans differ by the number of visits/services and benefit amounts as well as the cost of the plan. In addition to higher benefits it also includes extra benefits on the first day of admission to a hospital.
