Probably trillions or more. There are hundreds million of stars in milky way galaxy, currently we can only look for big planets (Jupiter sized), there may be also small planets, the size of earth, which can also be detected, but very hard if we have to use current tech.

With Billions of stars in the Milky Way.Maybe they are about trillions of planets. For now.We found 275 planets.

The are about 200 billion stars in the galaxy. It looks like most of them will have a planetary system of some sort from observations of nearby star systems so it is likely to be of the order of 2 trillion.
