How many pharmacy colleges in our State have PCI approval?
The PCI’s approval comes only in the final year of a course. Not more than 30 to 40 colleges out of the total 85 in the State have the PCI approval. I heard that (MCI) has de-recognised 13 colleges in our State. Is it okay to join them? It is not advisable to join in such colleges. But there is still some time before the counselling starts. One can wait for the MCI’s final decision. Can one pursue medical education in China? Even if one gets a medical degree from a Chinese university, one will have to clear a screening test conducted by the MCI. For PG courses, such students become non-locals.
