How many people work in the Equality of Access Office? Are these people all BT staff or are there some independent people as well?

Around a dozen, though this varies according to workload. All the staff are BT employees, although some members of the EAO have been recruited externally. The Equality of Access Office has its own Code of Conduct to ensure objectivity and impartiality.
