How many people will Castle Douglas hold?
For your ceremony, the Great Hall will hold up to 250 people. For receptions, all the main rooms of the ground floor may be used concurrently. The Great Hall will seat 100 people at 60″ round tables, and the ballroom can accommodate up to 150 people, depending on the buffet configuration, dance floor, or stage. There is also room for 40 people in the pub. If weather permits, the terrace overlooking the rose garden may also be used.
