How many people subscribe to BPL?
I have not seen any estimates published, but judging by the various test areas, press releases, and news articles, there are probably about 3,000 paying customers in the US at the time of this writing. The FCC reported in December 2004 that there were 32 million broadband subscribers in the US, so BPL accounts for about 0.01 % of the current broadband market.
