How many people indicate interest in positions through Glocap?
For each open position we often have as many as 1,000+ resumes submitted. These large numbers mean that we cannot reach out to every candidate who has indicated interest in our positions. We do our best, but with 250 new candidates signing up every day, we reach out to those whose background match our clients current needs.
