In First Blood he only killed 1 person In First Blood Pt. 2 he killed 46 people In Rambo 3 he killed 45 In Rambo 4 he killed 83 HOWEVER,In Rambo 4 there were another 80 killed by Rambo accomplices and 113 good guys or civilians killed by bad guys for a total death toll of 236 or 2.59 people killed every minute of the movie. To use the same formula, in First Blood a total of 1 person died, First Blood 2 a total of 69 people died, Rambo 3 a total of 132 people died and as above 236 people were killed total in Rambo part 4. So, the total number of people killed in all 4 movies by Rambo is 230, total number of people killed over all in all 4 movies is 438.
