We accept a total of 8 persons in our villa albeit it is licenced for 10 persons.We do this to avoid any one using the family room for sleeping in, we consider that this allows guests more personal space.Our villa is regulated by the Florida Licensing Authority to comply with all the State Regulations. Only those persons listed in the rental contract are allowed to stay in the villa.
