How many people does The Providence Service Corporation employ?
As of December 31, 2010, our operations were conducted with over 7,000 clinical, client service representatives and administrative personnel. The operations of the entities we manage were conducted with over 3,000 clinical and administrative personnel. The Company has a collective bargaining agreement with the Service Employees International Union, Local 760 which covers approximately 130 part time employees in Connecticut under our special needs school transportation contract.
