The number of SFL employees depends on the program activity at that time. SFL currently employs over 600 people around the world. Seventeen people work at the SFL headquarters in Wisconsin, while the majority of SFL staff work in our country field offices. Within each country, almost all SFL staff are national employees hired locally.
