How many people does one meal serve?

Each meal serves 5-6 adults. If a meal is a “center plate” entree (i.e. chicken breast, pork chop, steak) you will receive 6 portions. Other “one dish meals” will serve 5-6.. Our Half portions are just that, perfect for smaller households.
