There are lots. Secret governmental agencies employ all kinds of hackers and programmers to upkeep the Great Firewall of China. According to this news story, they have roughly 50,000 http://www.opendemocracy.net/media-edemo… They don’t really need vast numbers of people to watch the net 24 hours a day. They just block the websites they think contains sensitive information and they won’t hesitate to block major ones like Wiki or even Youtube (due to Tibet riots). Its kinda hard to believe that some people would do nothing but sit and watch the internet. The Chinese government really needs to accept reality and get a life.
