It’s hard to say. Perhaps 3 people is the correct answer. I doubt that 150 people died from "coconut strikes", possible 200 died from "elephants" but who the heck knows?, and 2 million deaths from bacterial infections may also be true whether they washed their hands or not.I don’t think you can answer this question without naming your sources, which often-times are no more accurate than off the cuff answers anyway.
