How many people can use the same account?
There is no limit to the number of users in each account. See the pricing plans for the number of addressees whose mail receipt under each type of account is included in the monthly fee. Current plans for non-enterprise users (such as personal and small-business users) provide for 1, 5, and 12 addressees per account opened, while additional users cost a nominal monthly fee. The primary account registrant, or administrator (the person who opened the Earth Class Mail account and is responsible for payment), is the person who controls the access rights of each user sharing the account. When you set up your account you will enter information about yourself. When you log in to your account for the first time, we will ask you for additional information (billing information, trustee appointment, etc.) about you. After you complete this, you will have complete access to your account and be able to add users, such as household members or employees.
