The primary account registrant, or administrator (the person who opened the Earth Class Mail account and is responsible for payment), is the person who controls the access rights of each user sharing the account. When you set up your account you will enter information about yourself. When you log in to your account for the first time, we will ask you for additional information (billing information, trustee appointment, etc.) about you. After you complete this, you will have complete access to your account and be able to add users, such as household members or employees.
