How many people can use the cooler at once?
We recommend that you have one per cooler per (up to) 20 people. If you have an office with more than 20, we recommend more than one cooler. There is a cold and hot reservoir inside of the cooler. If many people drink from the cooler at one time, the water temperature may not be cold or hot enough for the last cups. It can take 10-15 minutes to get the water temperature to the proper temperature.
