How many people can apply for the share to buy joint mortgage between friends?
If you were to walk into a High Street branch of a bank or building society, you would probably find it difficult to complete an application form for more than two applicants. Our whole system is geared towards shared mortgages between groups of individuals, and as such, we can have up to four applicants on our application for a joint mortgage between friends.
