How many people believe that God is omniscient & omnipotent?

Throughout the Bible he changes his mind. Starting in Genesis when he creates man then thinks about it a while before creating woman. He is petitioned to spare people and cities and relents. Plus his testing of Job and Abraham would be simple cruelty if he knew they didn’t need testing. It only makes sense if he doesn’t know what they will do. Which brings up the other big point. No free will if he is omnipotent. If we have no free will, we don’t deserve punishment, we had no choice. I know there are Christians who make weird arguments that we have a free choice but he knows what we will choose but that makes no logical sense. If he isn’t omniscient, he can’t be omnipotent because he wouldn’t know the outcome of his actions so he couldn’t produce the desired consequences always.
