How many people are selected for the Organizational Leadership graduate program each year?
It depends on the number of Training Allowance Billets (TABs) that are approved. Two students were selected each year for the first two years, one was selected for the third year, none were selected for year four, and one was selected each year from that point. It is estimated that the steady state will be one TAB per year, but that could change.
