How many people are needed to run a 500 ton per day AAD MERF processing mixed MSW?
Ten people are needed for a two-shift operation processing 500 tons per day. The day shift has a: foreman, a loader operator, a floor person, and a mechanic. The swing shift staff is the same. At night when the plant is not receiving waste there is one mechanic and one helper doing clean up and routine maintenance.
