Ace Hardware’s more than 4,600 retail stores are independently-owned, each with its own staff. There are approximately 80,000 store associates employed by Ace retailers. About 900 team members are employed at Ace Hardware’s corporate headquarters, located in Oak Brook. Additionally, about 5,000 team members work at Ace’s distribution and manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S.
