How many people are covered on a Vendor Pass ?
2 people (per $35 fee) Everyone needs a break and to go to the bathroom; Each Vendor may bring ONE assistant (or Co-Vendor) for their $35 Vendor fee. One of the people of this 2 is the Vendor who registers – you can’t register as an attendee, then upgrade to a Attendee/Vendor then bring in 2 free assistants (you then ONE assistant, then an additional $25 for each ADDITIONAL 2 people) You MAY bring additional people but ONLY after paying $35 for each set of up to 2 people; we do not wish people to try to “sneak-in” by claiming to be a 3rd or 5th or 8th assistant (you would be surprised at what some people will try – LOL). You also will not be given additional room under the tent if you decide to pay for 5 assistants (tent space is based on TABLE space paid). Vending assistants are REQUIRED TO REGISTER by June 1, 2009 (select Vending and explain WHO they are vending assistants of); 100% of people on the grounds MUST go thru the same registration process and provide ALL of the same inform
