How many people apply to the Veterinary Technology program each year?
Between 60 to 100 people apply each year for 30 available positions. By keeping the number to 30 the Veterinary Technology program is able to provide top quality veterinary medical training to our students that includes hands-on experience, low student to teacher ratio and timely feedback and advising. Candidates not accepted into the current class of the Veterinary Technology program are encouraged to reapply the next year. These individuals need to resubmit application materials such as a new application, additional veterinary medical work experience and/or additional academic work, and letters of recommendation.
